We have never had to use it once yet, but we proudly offer a price match on any other licensed/ insured plumbing companies “realistic” written quote on the same tankless water heater, and installation.
We love Navien for many reasons, but also have access to many other brands of tankless water heaters, and are happy to install a brand other than Navien. However we will not install a low quality unit, (for example anything from home depot) because we won’t take the chance of having any call backs. We won’t risk our reputation on installing low quality products. We also don’t normally install electric tankless water heaters for a few reasons we can talk about over the phone.
